Brian Donaldson Partner, throughout his time, Brian has worked in the majority of sectors with a diverse range of clients in the education, commercial, leisure, industrial, residential and health sectors.

He is regional Chair for the Scottish business and Partner in charge of the quantity surveying team in Edinburgh. His responsibility includes cost and project managing numerous complex projects with a variety of procurement routes.Brian has detailed knowledge of mixed use developments including offices and car park accommodation.

Additionally Brian was instrumental in creating the JV business that is Plan B in Portland USA. Brian coordinates the Scottish team in full support of Plan B’s activities with Intel and is fully compliant with the processes. Brian also has links to cost data in Europe through recent historical contacts.
