Heather is a qualified Quantity Surveyor, joining T&A’s Glasgow office in 2011 and became a Regional Director in 2019.

Heather has a growing track record in the successful delivery of traditional and complex projects. She is actively involved and in direct contact with clients and design teams from inception to completion of a project to ensure that all costs are monitored so that the client obtains best value for money.
