John McGuire Partner has vast experience across multiple construction sectors in both main contracting and consultancy roles.

With over 30 years experience, he has developed a significant track record in the delivery of projects in the residential and workplace sector. Additionally he is Thomas & Adamson lead in the growing build-to-rent (BTR) marketplace.

He has exceptional commercial acumen and works directly with clients from initial project stage to ensure an appropriate delivery strategy is developed and full understanding of the clients’ brief is communicated to the wider team.

John joined in 1999, becoming Partner in 2008.
