The new Stobhill Mental Health facility has officially been handed over to NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.
Thomas & Adamson were appointed in January 2019 to undertake the role of Board Site Monitor on the £30m construction project.  The project consisted of new health and care facilities and mental health wards, in Greenock, Stobhill and Clydebank.
The role of Board Site Monitor has been created in response to the findings of the 2017 Cole Report and is one of three ‘exemplar’ projects being used to test different methods of ensuring appropriate levels of ‘independent scrutiny’ in relation to quality control on government projects in Scotland.
