We’re delighted with the news that Eastwood and Maryhill Health and Care Centres have both achieved Financial Close.
Reaching this milestone means that the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde projects, being delivered by hub West Scotland, will now move towards the construction phase and are scheduled to start on site in December 2014.
The two projects are part of a wider development for the delivery of four new DBFM health and care projects on which T&A have been commissioned to provide quantity surveying services by hub West Scotland.
With project values of £13.5m and £11.3m respectively, the centres will provide a range of primary care, clinical, social care and voluntary self-help services for the local Eastwood and Maryhill communities.
Designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent, the projects will be followed by new health and care centres in Gorbals and Woodside.
