Covid-19 has presented many challenges and the impact on our mental health is unlikely to be fully recognised for years to come.
Like every company we have a diverse workforce, and a one size fits all approach to mental health doesn’t work. We have been working with our team to introduce a range of initiatives to provide support during this challenging time:
· 1to1 calls.
· Virtual socials, we are a sociable company and even though we can’t be together in person, we have been hosting regular virtual events.
· Weekly HIIT classes with Steven Gordon Fitness – 8.30am every Monday morning to kick off our week.
· Flexible working – we trust our team to deliver, how and when they choose to work is up to them, our approach enables everyone to adapt their work around their personal life.
· 24/7 counselling
