Project Summary: Masterplan for the redevelopment of the Central and East plots of the former Scottish & Newcastle Brewery site at Fountainbridge in Edinburgh. The development comprises a mixed use scheme of new build PRS residential, office, retail, hotel and cultural uses. In addition, basement and semi-basement parking is being provided and urban realm, which changes across the site as it moves from a cultural and commercial setting to more of a ‘home zone’ landscape.

We are now progressing to Stage 2, working closely with funder, operator and client. Working closely with the design team who have developed detailed plans for 434 new homes and workplace buildings which will be powered by a low carbon district heating network, T&A have assisted The City of Edinburgh Council in the process to appoint a suitably qualified Development Partner for the delivery of this major mixed use scheme.
