Project Summary: 650,000sqft redevelopment at the 1,000 acre site to create a new hub, The Gaydon Triangle, over a three year period. This will increase the overall level floor space by 51% to 1.8msqft. The facility will include new purchasing office, vehicle programme office, design studios, restaurant and communal areas.
Further phases, at cost planning stage, include new vehicle testing facilities and exemplar showrooms.
