Project Summary: This is a large-scale redevelopment scheme which is centred around the redevelopment of the old Harrison Gibson Department store in Ilford, East London.

It is a residential led scheme which also incorporates retail, leisure and car parking; there are three towers providing a total of 323 residential units. The towers range in height from 10 storeys to 31 storeys. Residential amenity space is provided at podium level where extensive landscaping has been introduced.

Below podium level there is a combination of 31,000ft2 of retail/A3 and car parking, together with supporting facilities such as bike stores, plant rooms and bin stores.
