Project Summary: The fit-out of 200,000sqft of office space from Category “A” to Category “B” inclusive of all adaptions to the existing building and base build services installations to create trading floors with 200 desks, front of house office, executive and video conferencing suites, state of the art IT facilities, and back of house support staff office space. This was a high-quality fit-out for a prominent corporate client incorporating business critical installations requiring full resilience, advanced security systems and complex Mechanical & Electrical installations. Phased delivery, on a floor by floor basis, was required in order to facilitate a seamless decant on a departmental basis from the existing London offices, to ensure no interruptions to business continuity.
