Summary: Partial conversion of and extension to existing retail unit to create an 85 bed Premier Inn on upper floors levels whilst retaining the existing operational ground floor retail unit. The third floor is a new extension and a lightwell has been formed down to level A new entrance for the hotel has been created on the ground floor with reception and front of house areas such as reception and restaurant located on level 1 overlooking the market square in Romford.
