Project Summary: A new build 4-star extended stay hotel, the Marriott Residence Inn, Aberdeen is the first purpose-built example of the brand in the UK.

The hotel includes 125 luxury suites blended with high quality work/bar/restaurant space.

Working closely with Marriott, a full turn-key delivery was carried out including all FF&E / OS&E.
