Project Summary: The first Virgin Hotel out with USA and first in Europe.

The project involves a combination for new-build and refurbishment of listed buildings to form a 5 star ‘lifestyle’ hotel comprising 225 bedrooms with all associated food and beverage, meeting, conference and function facilities. The historic old town in Edinburgh has been selected for the first luxury hotel Virgin Hotel out-with the USA.

The project comprises the redevelopment of three existing Grade A listed buildings and new build pavilion within a world heritage site. The scheme will deliver a 5 Star Lifestyle hotel providing 225 bedrooms with all associated restaurant, bar, meeting, conference and function facilities, including the brand’s flagship space, Commons Club.

T&A are leading the delivery of the project which is a complex blend of enabling, shell & core and fit out projects to deliver a luxury turn-key facility.
