CDM Co-ordination
Thomas and Adamson's CDM Co-ordination service is provided by a clearly defined stand alone team, with partnership control, that since 1994 has handled literally hundreds of commissions throughout the UK. The projects we are involved in reflect the diversity, complexity and scale in the market and their value ranges from below £50k to over £150m.
Our skills and services include:
- advice to clients and other parties about the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
- advice on requirements of health and safety legislation.
- provision of services/duties of the CDM Co-ordinator.
- provision of services/duties to assist the Client on non-notifiable projects.
- hazard elimination and management assessments
- reports on control of site by Principal Contractor
- preparation of fire risk assessments and ongoing advice on Client's obligations under the Fire Precautions Act 2006.
- review and comment on construction phase health and safety plans at the start of construction
- assisting companies with their health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other legislation, developing new, reviewing and updating existing.
