The impact on properties following repeated storms and freezing temperatures can have disastrous consequences for owners, landlords and tenants. This is a particular issue in Scotland with over 467,000 properties constructed before 1919. New legislation is currently being explored by The Scottish Parliament.  Greig Fenton Associate Director at Thomas & Adamson talked to The Herald about this issue and cost of neglected properties.
