Thomas & Adamson are pleased to be extending our portfolio of education projects for The City of Edinburgh Council, with the commencement of the next phase of Boroughmuir High School.
The construction contract has been awarded for the extension to the state-of-the-art school, which was completed in 2018. The new phase provides 12 new classrooms, offices and ground floor studio space with changing rooms. . The school’s ICT department will relocate to the extension which will also provide additional general purpose classrooms.
Thomas & Adamson project managed the original new build school which won a number of prestigious awards and are reappointed as project managers and principal designers for the extension project along with Holmes Miller, Will Rudd Davidson, Doig & Smith, Blackwoods.
