London office
Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Our London office is currently recruiting for an experienced, commercially focussed Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our specialist team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to work on a varied portfolio of projects across a broad range of sectors. They will be able to independently manage their workload of multiple projects to accomplish the objectives of the business. Our specialist M&E QS Team (M&E Services Solutions) come from a variety of backgrounds from pure QS to M&E Services Design.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• 7 to 10 years post-graduation or equivalent experience;
• Chartered or equivalent experience qualifications;
• Experience of a broad range of M&E specific projects in various sectors;
• A proven track record in private practice, with a creative and consistent approach to delivering excellence;

In addition to providing M&E services cost support to all of our projects across the UK, the M&E team provide specialist input for highly serviced buildings and fit-outs for sectors such as life sciences, pharma, manufacturing, R&D and generally any project comprising a high proportion of M&E services.

Quantity Surveyor

It’s a requirement for candidates to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification, with three to four years post graduate experience, and recently achieved or about to undertake APC qualification.
