To ensure this, we have created and implemented a comprehensive training programme for all levels of staff throughout the business. We have been running this established programme for a number of years, with it proving to be successful in developing skills, as well as enabling individuals to progress throughout the business, with the majority of our Partners, Directors and Associates being promoted from within the business.
Each year, a training programme is identified by the relevant Partner in charge for each discipline across the business, which is in line with the overall business requirements and goals for the year. This enables the correct focus for development, and delivers focused learning and outcomes that benefit the individual, the business and in turn the clients.
We undertake regular performance management reviews with all staff, which includes identifying the individual learning requirements, as well as reviewing the training and CPD that took place in the previous year. From there, a suitable training programme is identified and implemented for the current year and this is monitored by the relevant partner and team leaders on a regular basis to ensure continuous development as well as giving the individual an opportunity to consider other training that would be of interest/benefit to their role.
